Following this, once we have secured all your hotel bookings and other services, you will receive an official confirmation of the tour package. This document will detail the final names of the hotels, travel dates and the complete itinerary of the tour. At this stage, we will request an advance transfer of 30% of the total tour cost as a guarantee to secure your booking with us. The remaining 70% can be settled upon your arrival in India. The balance amount can be settled prior to your departure from your country or upon your arrival in India, as mutually agreed upon by our management and our guests. The advance payment amount is determined based on the nature of the service and the time remaining before the service commences.
