Unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, or missed meals will not be eligible for refunds. Refunds for unused or cancelled services will be processed as per the cancellation policy stated above and the refund will be credited to the original payer. Please note that the refund process may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures. Tripstro acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways and service contractors. All documents issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions set by these service providers. The itineraries are sample schedules; changes may occur due to weather, road conditions or the abilities of the participants. We reserve the right to modify schedules for the safety, comfort and well-being of the tour participants. We are not responsible for delays, expenses, losses, injuries, damages or any problems related to accommodation, transportation or services due to circumstances beyond our control.
